By booking a session with Estefanía Piñón, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Sessions
Mentorship and CV review sessions are intended for educational and professional development purposes only. The guidance provided is based on experience and best practices but does not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. No Guarantee of Results
While every effort is made to provide high-quality advice and guidance, participation in a session does not guarantee specific results, such as obtaining a job, promotion, or interview offer. Success depends on the mentee’s individual effort, actions, and circumstances.

3. Payment & Booking
All sessions must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. Payment details will be provided upon scheduling.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% reimbursement. No-shows, cancellations done less than 48 hours before the appointment, or same-day cancellations are charged in full and non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality
All personal and professional information shared during sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

6. Session Format
All sessions are held online via the platform communicated in advance. Please ensure a stable internet connection and quiet environment for the best experience.

7. Intellectual Property
Any materials, frameworks, or templates shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of Estefanía Piñón and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Estefanía Piñón shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of information shared during the sessions. The mentee assumes full responsibility for their decisions and outcomes.
