About
Born in Mexico City and now based in Vienna, Estefanía has built her life and career across cultures, industries, and continents. Always with one mission: to prove that female leadership has no single look, accent, or passport.
Her journey began as a young migrant navigating new languages, new rules, and the silent pressures to adapt. Instead, she learned how to stand out. Today, as the founder of the Network of International Women in Austria, where she leads a thriving community that empowers women from around the world to claim their place in leadership, their financial independence, and their voice.
With a career spanning global business expansion, cross-cultural leadership, and high-stakes negotiations, Estefanía brings audiences more than inspiration. She delivers strategies they can act on. Her signature work blends unapologetic honesty with a clear vision for change.
Whether on stage at a keynote speech, in mentorship, or at a roundtable with decision-makers, she embodies the truth she teaches: leadership, especially as a woman or a migrant, is not about fitting in. It is about rising, on your own terms.
Estefanía holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History, a Master’s Degree in Cultural Management, and is a certified Entrepreneur, Trainer, and Staff-Leasing Expert by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (staatl. geprüfte Arbeitskräfteüberlasserin).
