About Me
Born in Mexico City and now based in Vienna, I have built my career across cultures, industries, and international markets.
I am the Founder and President of the Network of International Women in Austria (NIWA), an organization dedicated to empowering international women to build sustainable careers, strengthen their financial literacy, and develop a strong leadership presence in Austria. Through NIWA, I lead a growing, impact-driven community and collaborate with institutions, companies, and experts across Europe.
Professionally, I am an Employment and People Operations expert, currently working as an Expansion Manager in the global employment space. I am certified by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKÖ) as a staatlich geprüfte Arbeitskräfteüberlasserin, which allows me to operate as a regulated expert in staff leasing and international employment models. My experience spans Employer of Record (EoR) structures, performance reviews, workforce expansion, compensation and benefits, cross-border compliance, and the automation of HR processes to improve efficiency.
What distinguishes my approach is the combination of regulatory expertise, strategic clarity, and real-world leadership experience. Having built my own career as a migrant professional, I bring a nuanced understanding of international talent challenges and offer practical, results-oriented guidance grounded in corporate reality.
Today, I work with international professionals, founders, HR leaders, and organizations seeking clarity, structure, and confidence in career decisions, people operations, and global workforce expansion.
